OUR PRODUCTS GO THROUGH MAJOR QUALITY CHECKS , WHICH MINIMISE THE POSSIBILITY FOR ANY DEFECTS. 
BUT , IF ANY CUSTOMER RECIEVES A DAMAGED / DEFECTED PRODUCT HE/SHE MUST CONTACT TO OUR CUSTOMER CARE.
THE REFUND WILL BE INITIATED IN TERMS OF CHEQUE/ BANK TRANSFER AS PREFERRED BY THE CUSTOMER.

IF ANY CUSTOMER DOES NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT ORDERED , HE/SHE CAN RETURN THE PRODUCT WITHIN A WEEK.
